Customer Service Opportunity in Expanding Call Center
Staffmark is recruiting several customer service positions for a fabulous job opportunity for a new call center expansion. You will be given 5 weeks of customer service training, where you will be given the training necessary to work at this great company. Employees who work here love the culture and inspiring atmosphere were everyone is passionate about customer service.
Located in Dublin, this call center opportunity is seasonal and is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a premier company where you will be an important part of their new customer growth. This call center operates from 7:00 am until 2:00 am. Employees must be flexible to work a shift that is assigned during these hours that will require weekend work. Off days may not be during the weekend. There is a shift differential of .75 per hour 6pm and on weekends!

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Rep:
- Handle incoming calls and work to deliver and outstanding customer service level with every call
- Answer questions about product availability, product features and order status
- May also be responsible for gaining the customer's interest in purchasing additional products or services.
- Meet service level goals
- Successful completion of training
- Maintain perfect attendance during training

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of customers. Must be flexible to work a shift that is assigned between the hours of 7am and 2am. At least 1 year of prior customer service experience Call center experience as a customer service representative a plus Team player Excellent verbal and written skills Computer literate with ability to learn and adapt quickly to the technology Must be comfortable in a fun and fast paced environment Good problem resolution skills
