About this job


This position is a critical leadership role in the growing Deposit Products business unit. This individual will be responsible for product management for checking product(s).

Specific responsibilities include:
- Product definition, features, segment, benefits, rewards, value proposition and growth strategy
- Manage Plan, monthly forecasting and overall volume forecasting
- Define marketing strategy for Acquisition and Portfolio including, targeting, message (cross-sell /broad market), channels, promotions, retention, Portfolio growth initiatives
- Evaluates products for different segments (ie: Student, Cross-sell, Broad Market)
- Define customer experience and monitor for constant enhancements.
- Manage Key Initiatives and Business Intelligence including: driving business strategy for strategic projects, and monitors competitive landscape, customer feedback and satisfaction
- Business Intelligence includes: Research / New Customer Surveys / Brand Tracker / Competitive Analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant consumer financial services experience; preferably two years+ experience with deposit products.
• Strong strategic thought leadership required to manage the development and growth of deposit products.
• People leadership skills to manage direct team and cross-functional business partners and team
• Superior written/verbal communication skills are essential, as this position will have exposure to various management levels across the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage internal and external business relationships
• Intrinsically motivated with a take-charge attitude.
