Quality Engineer

This quality engineer will be the internal and external point of contact for any quality issue that should arise. Duties include:
- Address customer reported quality issues in a timely manner and provide formal root cause/corrective action responses as necessary (CAPA)
- Coordinate the processing and analysis of customer product returns (RMA). Prepare data and reports as necessary for customer feedback and associated metrics for improvement activities.
- Review supplier in-house material quality issues and conduct material review board activities for timely disposition of nonconforming materials.
- Review quality performance of Sienna subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform QA surveys and audits of present and proposed suppliers
- Review in house engineering changes
- Maintain compliance to ISO9001, UL, CSA, TUV, DOD, FDA, ISO13485 regulatory standards and procedures.
- Facilitate continuous improvement activities
- develop quality plans, complete and review PPAP paperwork
- Conduct internal audit activities and prepare reports for management review
