Aerotek is actively looking for Spanish Bilingual customer service representatives. This position is for a health insurance company working patients in Puerto Rico. These calls will be warm, inbound calls, and could interact with 20 or more calls per day. Candidates in this role will be answering questions about the policies and benefits, such as coverage, payment information and adding beneficiaries. These are specialty health policies and pertain to certain diseases/accidents (i.e. cancer, heart disease, stroke, disabilities, accidents, etc).
Must Have
- Spanish Bilingual
- 1+ year of Customer Service
- Professional
Would be Nice
- 1+ year as a translator/bilingual CSR in a call center
- Experience in insurance
- Experience with medical terminology in Spanish
