Mission
Inside Sales Consultants are responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company through customizing the design of each customer's solar system to meet that customer's unique needs. The key to success is the ability to present our outstanding product with passion, confidence and persistence.
Essential Job Functions
* Make outbound calls into target markets such as California and others as they open
* Conduct 5 - 6 Phone Solar Consultations per day
* Consistently achieve monthly sales quota
* Confidently build trust and rapport with prospective customers
* Follow-up on sales pipeline and post-sale logistics
* Generate business through self-generation activities, such as networking and referrals
* Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, self-driven
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
* Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Competency in Internet navigation, the use of Webmail and CRM
Preferred Experience
* Contact Center experience
* Telesales experience as a successful first-call closer
* Proven ability to build business thru referrals and self-generated leads
* Previous solar sales experience or solar education
