Whelan Security is looking for a talented and driven leader!

Whelan Security is a performance-based company that cares deeply about maintaining our conservative business culture. The AM role is 10% strategic and 90% tactical. The strategic portion consists of planning, development of performance metrics and leadership of the account. The tactical portion includes operational support of the account to include client relations and visitation, scheduling design, contract compliance, post order development and performance metrics tracking while also supporting the local branch in employee recruiting, discipline, recognition, training and inspections. The AM is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the account site of servant leadership and personal commitment to the Whelan Values.
