Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Rochester

We need companion care for 7 days a week to take care of my mother in Rochester. Applicant must be female and have experience with dementia/Alzheimer's and know how to re-direct when necessary. This is very important. Must be very calm and soft spoken. We currently have 3 ladies doing 8 hour shifts, 7 days a week. We are looking for another lady relieve the ladies when needed and to possibly replace one of them if/when the need arises. Current shifts are 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. / 10 p.m. - 6am.
