Our client is looking for Healthcare Data Entry Specialist located in the Mount Lake Terrace Area.
-Person will verify enrollment status, determine eligibility and apply contract language for each enrollment scenario. Make changes to records, research and resolve enrollment system rejections, and address a variety of enrollment questions or concerns received by phone or email from customers or members of the business community. Will use various databases for tracking and reporting customer information.
-This is A LOT of problem solving and data entry (production based) work. Very important that all candidates have great skills within MS Office, specifically Excel and Word. The role of the enrollment analyst is to set up each customer application (once approved) by entering all information into various databases. It will require outbound calls once the customer is a member to "maintenance" the account and make changes as necessary (address change, add dependents, etc.). Accuracy and attention to detail are very critical in this role; all contract workers will have quality audits done on the applications they process. It is a requirement to have 98% accuracy or better.

Anyone with a data processing role within the insurance industry, medical or not, is the ideal work experience that is desired. If not an insurance background, then a background with problem solving and data entry or data processing (production based).
-It is full time, 40 hours a week, 8-5 with a 1/2 hour lunch. This is strictly a contract position that will last at least until November, but good chance they will support open enrollment which goes through March 2015.
