About this job

We are currently looking for desktop support/customer service agents who have knowledge of TCP/IP coupled with PACS, DICOM, or remote desktop.

We are hiring for a veternarian desktop support position dealing directly with technicians, nurses, and doctors who have multiple levels of technical ability.

We are looking for a STRONG customer service agent who has the knowledge of TCP/IP, remote desktop, and working with a CRM or ticketing system.

This position will be about a year long contract opportunity with the intention of going permanent after the year contract expiration.

The office is located in the Carlsbad area.

No ability to work remotely. Must be able to commute to the office daily.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday with a start time from 6 AM - 9 AM and an end time of 4 PM - 6 PM.
