Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives.

Job duties include:

-Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

-Responsibilities include determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.

-Handles inbound, outbound or a combination of both.

-Skills, include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Candidates must be able to work flexible schedules with 40 hours each week between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Some Saturday work will be mandatory.

Education/Experience
o High School Diploma or GED
