Our client company, a healthcare organization is currently hiring for several positions within the management department.

We are seeking to immediately interview for the Call Center Supervisor opportunity to oversee an entire team in the call center operation within the Chantilly, VA location.

Compensation: $45-$55k/year

Job functions:

  • Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, and capacity planning; defining user requirements; establishing/monitoring production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and review.
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
  • Reviews call center performance reports to ensure metrics are being met
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management; reviewing professional publications; and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Supervisory experience
Proven capability to follow production metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge in Call Center training

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
