PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Provides human resources support to assigned client groups, and aligns human resources solutions with business needs
* Supports recruiting efforts for assigned client groups
* Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
* Manages and resolves employee relations issues through conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations
* Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to business leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
* Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
* Assists with creating/modifying job descriptions, compensation and performance management for assigned client groups
* Assists in developing and rolling out corporate-wide HR initiatives to client groups
* Analyzes trends and metrics, and collaborates with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
* Identifies and conducts training needs for client groups
* Prepares reports as needed to support business needs
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of progressive human resources experience preferred.
- Experience as an HR generalist preferred.
