About this job
This Candidate will:
-Supervise 2nd shift team made up of 2-3 employees
-Recommend discipline if needed to employees
-Perform hourly readings of equipment. (Temperatures , Amps, volts, steam pressure, etc…..)
-Keep product within specified range
-Learn how to start up and shut down production over time
-Make sure all daily paperwork is filled out completely and accurately
-Do moisture checks on finished product hourly
-Do Sieve analysis on diced product
-Know and perform all product change overs effectively and with minimal loss or rework produced
-Forklift duties that include moving product to truck, pallet wrapper, moving ingredients where needed
-Printing labels and place on bags or totes
