About this job
Lamination Techs will assist the lead operator with setting up, adjusting, and operating the Laminator. The laminating machine fuses two large rolls of material together to make the cover material for automotive seats. Critical thinking and a good eye for quality is required. Helpers will assist the lead operator with loading the large rolls of material onto the laminator. Adjusting rolls for proper insertion and watching material to insure process feeds properly into machine and off of machine onto new rolls.
Some strenuous pulling and straining will be required while loading and unloading rolls. Employees will stand for 8-10 hours per day up to 6 days per week. Production floor can be very hot during the summer.
