The Bartender position within our Courtyard Bistro has the added responsibilities of a Food Server and Batista of our Starbucks's offerings. The bartender is a member of the Food and Beverage team and is responsible for greeting every guest/customers with a smile and positive attitude, take orders, prepare and deliver items, follow accurate cash handling and room charge procedures, organize and maintain a clean service area, clean tables and area, and follow all health and alcohol laws. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an inventory of needed supplies, ensure all menus are clean before shift, and be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours.
Basic drink knowledge is required. Shifts are typically 4pm till 11pm nightly.
