Concrete Construction Supervisor

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Concrete Construction Supervisor.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Our client, a Concrete Foundation Company, in Westfield, IN has asked us to help them find a Concrete Construction Supervisor. DUTIES: * Have ability to plan and oversee work with Symons wall forms, bracing, shoring, and rebar placement. * Effectively communicate and manage employees. * Responsible for QA/QC inspections and documentation. * Interface with all on-site work teams (including subcontractors) as required, to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, scheduling and achieving schedules in support of overall project objectives. * Helping with the pour of concrete. * Responsible for job site cleanliness. * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with reading engineering plans, design specifications, equipment tools, and maintenance. * Must have experience and knowledge of constructing concrete structures including vertical walls, footings, slabs, and flatwork. * Work on your feet all day. * Must be able to lift 50lbs * General Contracting Skills * A clean driving record is a plus. * Good Communication Skills. * Long hours with OT is required.
