This IT Project Manager role is in our PPRM/PMO group located in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  
• Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
  
• Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
  
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  
• Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  
• Participates in the development of business strategy
  
• Develops and manages business plans to achieve objectives
  
• May have segment-wide impact
  
• Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
  
• Clarity and MS Project system experience
  
• 8+ years of Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment
  
• 8+ years of technical experience in one or more aspects of Information Systems Development or Business / Information Systems areas
  
• Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management
  
• Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis
  
• Solid understanding of mainframe technologies
  
• C-level interface and presentation skills
  
• Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  
• PMP Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health care insurance systems background
  
• Familiarity with PPM Optics
