Humedica is seeking a talented and motivated individual to coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent deployments of our solution to customers.  The ideal candidate will have successfully managed, from inception to customer acceptance, multiple deployment projects.   


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Delivering an exceptional on-boarding experience to each implementing customer that results in a rapid implementation effort and a satisfied and referenceable client
  • Effectively tailoring the implementation process to reflect an extensive knowledge of our customers' business processes and strategic needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders at every level of the organization in order to facilitate key deliverables and timelines needed for on-time, successful platform delivery
  • Developing and managing the project schedule to support multiple, simultaneous implementations and deliveries of Humedica's solutions
  • Preparing detailed and accurate implementation status reports highlighting program status, issues, risks, and plans on an ongoing basis
  • Tracking major client-specific contractual product deliverables
  • Working aggressively to resolve gaps and issues and keep the implementation on track
  • Relentlessly communicating with internal stakeholders in order to ensure visibility to project status and issues
  • Interfacing with key Data Factory teams at Humedica (including but not limited to Data Management, Clinical Informatics, ETL, Engineering, Product, IT) and communicating needs of the client to internal Humedica teams to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Working closely with other Client Services teams (Training, Support, Client Success) to coordinate additional resources needed to support the client throughout the implementation process
  • Providing critical post-implementation 'punch-list' management and facilitating the client transition to Support/Operations and Client Success teams
  • Looking for ways to constantly improve overall Client Services performance including the development and continuous improvement of the methodology

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years experience in implementation/program management in a health care technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work against a plan, meet deadlines and produce deliverables relative to target dates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize and report key findings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize conflicting requirements
  • High attention to detail and accuracy along with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to independently and successfully apply process improvement methods with measurable business performance improvement outcomes
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50% travel)
  • Ability to work creatively and flexibly, both independently and as part of a team
  • Energy and flexibility in a fast changing environment
