Production Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking Process Technicians for a direct hire position in Winfield, KS. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing injection/blow molding machinery. Training will be provided for this position.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Must maintain clean and efficient work area.
Must demonstrate problem solving skills to meet facility scrap and efficiency key measures.
Must document and implement corrective actions for part weights and process monitoring.
Must properly identify machine and mold issues.
Must maintain quality standards of all parts in machine cell.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills to report machine repair status and updates.
Must be able to perform other duties as required.

Environment:
Process Techs are responsible for sustaining an organized and clean work environment under intermittent supervision. Exposure to noise, vibration and a fast work environment is constant. Seasonal weather variations may result in frequent exposure to hot or cold working conditions. Seasonal production peaks may result in high stress levels due to the demand for high levels of consistently accurate and timely performance in a congested working area. Process Technician must communicate and have the ability to develop a teamwork relationship with all associates from all departments. Physical exertion such as pushing, pulling, twisting and or heavy lifting of over 50 pounds is frequent
