Your German Kitchen, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic individual to fill the Kitchen Sales Manager position at our Boston Design Center showroom. This person will split their time between attracting new business as a salesperson, closing deals with customers in the showroom, acting as a liaison between clients and vendors, and managing administrative duties.

These brands embody the highest standard of design and materials, and we strive to reflect this with our superior customer service.

Your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Establishing new accounts by contacting potential sales/trade outlets to introduce YGK product and set up off-site sales presentations when appropriate.
* Planning and implementing strategies to increase sales in the Boston area and beyond.
* Manage and update all social media accounts including Houzz and Facebook.
* Assist showroom customers, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale in a timely manner.
* Providing customers with reliable information regarding quality, finishes, product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Your skills and experience should include:
* High-end retail sales experience (minimum 5 years)
* Kitchen design, quoting, order processing, and budget estimating
* Design experience with a high attention to detail (European kitchen cabinet industry experience is a plus)
* The ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Outstanding oral communication skills
* Information systems -MS Office Suite, Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
* Troubleshooting experience with designs, installation, and advising the client
* Organized, friendly, and self-motivated
* Must have own vehicle (to complete outside sales duties)
