We currently have the following HomeGoods position available:

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in identifying all forms of loss within the Distribution Center
• Responsible for heightening Loss Prevention awareness
• Conduct physical security checks. Make recommendations for ways to prevent loss
• Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to Management
• Assist in conducting investigations and audits in a Distribution environment
• Review CCTV, Access Systems and all other physical security systems for evidence of Security/Company violations
• Discover and document facts by conducting basic investigations into associate dishonesty, power equipment accidents and personal injury accidents
• Ensuring policy and procedures are consistently followed
• Communicate effectively with peers and business leaders to deliver results

 

Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent job experience
• A strong desire for a career in Retail Loss Prevention
• The ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication, delegation and motivation skills
• 3 years of security and/or loss prevention experience and customer service skills in handling conflict resolution
• Effective fire and burglary alarm system skills
• Effective CCTV and access control skills
• Act with integrity
