RN Health Center Supervisor needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located Ridgefield, CT.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Health Center Manager/RN manages, supervises and coordinates staff and health center operations.
- Oversees the management of a single site (4 headcount)
- Dual role combines clinical, professional expertise (i.e. RN) and supervisory responsibilities
- Responsible for interviewing, training and onboarding new colleagues
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Current license as Registered Nurse in CT
- Current certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required, ACLS may also be required based on contract scope of services
- Minimum 1+ (one) years management experience & minimum of 3 years clinical experience
- Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites
- Must have experience with Case Management
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Internet software, spreadsheet, word processing etc.)
- Training skills a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and work flow management skills
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
