Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Start to finish - You will be involved in projects from proposal generation, to managing a client's order, to ensuring delivery and installation.
* Problem solving - Coordinating a large scale project is not without hiccups. As a Customer Support person, you will be expected to be the voice of the company to vendors, installers, and most importantly, to our clients.
* Track the money - As the project evolves, you will be expected to monitor both the product and the billables to make sure that there aren't discrepancies. If an issue arises, it is your duty to identify the source, resolve the issue, and help implement new systems to prevent future issues.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
* Two (2) years of project management or client support experience
* Strong verbal and personal communication
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Highly detail oriented
* Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Team oriented
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of MS exel and a strong grasp on formulas a must.
Duties include:
1. Handling of administrative functions including the handling of customer accounts.
2. Answers and responds to phone calls and customers' needs.
3. Receive and process customer orders and invoices on a daily basis.
4. Assist in inventory control etc
Hours are mon-fri 8am-4:30pm
