We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Data Entry Customer Service.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- No experience required.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for answering phone calls, to include general calls and customer support calls (gather contact information and route accordingly)
* Process customer orders by entering purchase orders into SAP and providing order confirmation to customers
* Create outbound order delivery notes and provide information to customers
* Create general presentations and reports
* Provide stock level information and lead time based on system available data
* Cross reference part numbers to ensure accuracy of customer purchase orders
