We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist/ Office Clerk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

  • Must have 1 or more years experience.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detailed, able to clearly communicate using both oral and written communication, and able to multi-task in a busy work environment.

Essential Job Duties:
- Handling data entry of invoices into Quick Books
- Offering the ultimate in customer service to all our customers
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Opening mail
- Upkeep of reception and conference room space
- Order office supplies
- Ability to be on time and work scheduled shift


The ideal candidate will possess:
- Working knowledge and experience with Quick Books (THIS IS A MUST)
- Excellent and proven customer service skills
- A professional appearance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education and Experience Needed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
