The PLANT MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT is a core part of Chandler Regional Medical Center by ensuring the Hospital is functioning at peak performance. Our highly skilled team provides all patients, visitors, and staff a clean, comfortable environment with safety as our highest priority.
Our team is responsible for the following:
Repair and maintenance of pumps, motors, ice machines, boilers, all related HVAC equipment, and plumbing
In house inspections of Life Safety equipment, i.e. doors, fire walls, smoke walls in accordance with Joint Commission standards
Infection control containment systems
Department/office remodels and moves
Interior and exterior painting
Fire Alarm System and controls
New construction planning
Located in the City of Chandler, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
One year of experience contracting and construction background
HS diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Three years of experience contracting and construction background
