We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist/ Office Clerk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
* Answering phones calls and greeting visitors/clients
* Maintaining the office calendar
* Scheduling conference calls and meetings with clients and prospects
* Organizing travel for Senior Management
* Assisting the investment and marketing departments in the organization of onsite meetings or visits with portfolio companies and clients
* Ordering office supplies, maintaining vendor relationships

Requirements:
* Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
* High integrity, strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail within a compliance-sensitive environment
