About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- No experience required.
Wage: $25
Requirements
* Backlog Summary checking on time deliveries or researching Open
Order status.
* Run the finished goods report to inform shipping on what is due.
* Create Bills Of Lading for shipping.
* Prepare shipping requirements for Shipping department.
* Answering customer emails and phone calls.
* Answering main switchboard.
* Build and maintain relationships with customer base.
* Create invoices once packing slips are turned in at end of the day.
* Manufacturing receipts in MRP system.
* Finished goods receipts.
*Go over production, and/or shortage issues effecting shipping.
Order status.
