Provides routine sales, marketing, and operations support to an assigned team of Business Relationship or other Managers. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, gathering required data and providing preliminary assessments on the performance of existing accounts, and providing information on possible new services for the customer. Assists in the solicitation and follow-up on customer operational needs, requests and resolution of problems. Assists and follows through on cross selling opportunities.

2+ years administrative, customer service and/or retail experience. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Excellent communications skills. Proficient in Windows based software. 2 years in-market experience in customer service in a customer facing role - in person and telephone, including both inbound and outbound telephone contact At least 2 years previous retail, business, or commercial banking experience Strong knowledge of PC applications in a Windows environment: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing job responsibilities is critical Strong written and oral communication skills Must have demonstrated ability to work independently Must exhibit strong problem solving skills Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have superior organizational skills Must exhibit a high degree of initiative Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management and customers Should possess the ability to work as a member of a team Experience with loans including documentation, covenants and closing processes Sales experience Experience creating/preparing presentations 3+ years customer-facing experience in banking Experience supporting sales professionals and/or sales managers Associates degree or higher preferred Knowledge of Business Banking terminology and products Experience working with SVT and/or SVP Experience working in HOGAN Experience with loan documentation and closing processes Sales and/or cross-selling experience Experience creating/preparing presentations
