Summary/Responsibilities of this position:
Ensure efficient operations of department to meet business objectives and maintain adequate product inventory levels.
Accountabilities of this position include:
Keeps Department clean and well organized (includes back room and shelves, etc.)
Stocks shelves, refills displays and overall recovery
Executes proper recovery of department
Assist in training new Partners
Ensure compliance and execution of established SOPs
Load, unload and move heavy, bulky products
Ensures that all Federal, State, and Company regulations and standards for product Food Safety and Sanitation are met
Perform work in an efficient manner and maintain productivity standards
Assists customers in locating product and answering product questions
Work efficiently and comply with established production standards
Requirements:
3-6 months prior stocking experience preferred
Solid communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work well with others
Basic reading and writing English skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work overnight schedule
Able to operate pallet jack/baler
Forklift/Powerjack Training
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and extreme cold.
Fast paced working environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Lift moderately to heavy loads up to 75 lbs
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to push/pull heavy loads
