Job Description

Senior Sales Professional - Enterprise Energy Management System - Retail - Pacific NW or NO CA

Overview:

Siemens Building Technologies looking for a Sales Representative - Enterprise Energy Management System to cover the US. This person will be responsible for developing new business for our Site Control Systems group. This person will report to the Director of National Account Sales and will have no direct reports.

Responsibilities:

This position will be selling Cloud based Site Controls Energy Management Systems that are big ticket, multi site, long sales cycle transactions. The system in an enterprise wide energy efficiency system. The successful candidate will have a solid background working with C-level executives in large retail organizations showing them the ROI realized from the purchase of these systems.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

1. 3 plus years of Sales experience selling to Major/National Accounts; 80% NBD and 20% Account Maintenance.

2. Financial expertise to effectively estimate and sell solutions and service product lines with the help of technical specialists.

3. Strong background in energy solutions development and sales.

4. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

5. Ability to travel 50% of the time.

6. Resides in Major City

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

1. 7+ plus years of Sales experience selling to Major/National Accounts; 80% NBD and 20% Account Maintenance.

2. Related professional certifications preferred (e.g. PE, NICET, etc.).

3. ROI based selling.

4. . Experience selling Energy Management Systems into the retail industry.

5. Located in Northern California or Pacific NW
