Kitchen Management Company looking for an energetic and professional culinarian. Ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties:
* Wash, cut and/or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry and/or seafood to prepare for use
* Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to prepare menu items.
* Prepares plates to be served by placing appropriate menu items on plate.
* Uses prep lists to determine production for the day
* Complete all responsibilities of assigned position in accordance with company standards
* Promotes, establishes and maintains a safe environment for all guests and Team Members

Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume, full service, fine dining restaurant
* Impeccable Service Standards, clean work habits with a great attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while always maintaining a sense of humor and appearing calm
