  Primary Responsibilities: 





  • Assist internal and/or external business partners with completion of tasks and resolution of issues and problems with program implementation 



  • Review, create, and/or maintain workflows to ensure they are up-to-date and operationally efficient 



  • Provide guidance, expertise, and/or assistance to internal and/or external partners (e.g., claims; call center; benefits; sales; quality; clinical) to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively 



  • Perform analyses to help drive product strategies (SWOT analysis, competitive positioning, etc.) 



  • Monitor project performance against internal and/or external service level agreements 



  • Analyze budget performance and variances throughout the fiscal year, and recommend and/or make necessary adjustments and corrections 


 

Requirements


Required Qualifications:   



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Critical thinking; analytical skills

  • Minimum of three years of Medicare or Long Term Care experience

  • 7 years of leadership experience

  • Health insurance or government programs or non-profit (such as A.A.A.) experience

  • Management experience in a health plan or functional area (Marketing/Product/Operations) experience



Preferred Qualifications:
