Drafter - Full-time / Part-time

PHA is seeking a drafter from any discipline: Architectural or MEP.
-Candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual.
-This role will involve receiving Architectural backgrounds from Architects and cleaning up/converting into MEP formatted backgrounds.
-This role will require good phone/communication skills
-PDF conversions; produce detailed/ high quality MEP PDFs
-Deliver PDFs to clients
-Ability to receive instruction
-Multiple projects daily varying in size
-Coordinate with Design Team

Requirements:
-AutoCAD skill: Expert level: 9 or higher on a 1-10 scale, 1-2+ years' experience
-Strong attention to detail
-Deadline oriented mindset
-Experience naming PDF conversions
-Strong communication skills
-Able to work on multiple projects and receive Architectural backgrounds to produce MEP backgrounds to be converted to PDF

Best Candidate:
-Expert level in AutoCAD 2015 and higher
-Experience with PDF conversions
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new software

Average Candidate:
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-1 year of experience converting backgrounds (Architectural or MEP)
-Good communication skills
