About this job
Provides social work services to hospital patients and families in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Facilitates utilization of health care and community resources to enable optimal level of functioning. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare
Social work internship in an in-patient hospital setting preferred
Experience:
Good knowledge of the principles and practices of social work, good understanding of community health, welfare, and social agencies
Must adhere to National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics
Previous experience in a medical or health care setting
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare
Social work internship in an in-patient hospital setting preferred
Experience:
