The Stock Supervisor acts in a leadership role within the store and is responsible for the store logistics, and in the absence of the GM and Lead Supervisor is responsible for the store operations. The Stock Supervisor's primary responsibilities are efficiently receiving trucks, flowing merchandise to the sales floor and merchandising all product on the floor in an organized way following company visual guidelines and store standards. He/She is also responsible for maintaining a safe and organized stockroom and sales floor.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent supervisory skills including: A strong sense of urgency, strong motivational skills, creative problem solving skills, excellent delegation and follow up skills, ability to get the team to execute the priorities, ability to work off hours and to be a good role model while consistently exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Ability to work a flexible including a majority of early morning and overnight shifts.

Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment.

Prior experience in a logistically complex and fast paced supervisory role.
