Arena Associate - Full-time / Part-time

The Roberts Arena in Wilmington, OH is seeking a full or part time Arena Associate to support our operations in grounds maintenance. Ideal candidates have previous experience in a similar field and have experience driving forklifts and tractors. Position is outdoors so candidates must be able to come to work and produce results regardless of outdoor weather conditions. Additionally the job requires a great deal of often strenuous physical activity therefore applicants should have the ability to meet these requirements. Weekend availability is a must.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on and maintaining the grounds of the arena. 
• Cleaning stalls.
• Trash collection and sweeping.
• Bedding delivery.
• Lawn Care
• Snow Removal
• Special event set up and tear down.
• Dragging and watering arenas. 
• Ability to lift up to lift, bend, twist and stand for long periods of time.

Our compensation package includes an $9.25 per hour wage starting wage, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers. Full time associates are also eligible for medical, dental, Life, STD/LTD, vacation, PTO, and paid holidays.
