We are searching for Restaurant Manager candidates for our bakery-cafes. Restaurant Managers are responsible for the successful operation and continued growth of their bakery-cafes and the supervision of 30-50 associates, providing knock-your-socks-off customer service to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They perform operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, and sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies. They must be able to communicate and adhere to all bakery-cafe policies and procedures; as well as assist in the development, supervision and monitoring of all associates.
