An up and coming landscape & hardscape company is looking for a skilled and energetic team leader/construction manager to perform the following but not limited to:
Skills
- Carry out all phases of hardscape construction to completion with integrity
- Manage a crew of at least 5 members and possibly multiple crews
- Hiring, firing, and developing a construction team
- Scheduling & Payroll management
- Preparing the jobsite and overseeing all facets of the project from start to finish
- Planning, Estimating, designing, and ordering for all projects
Experience
- Over 5 years experience construction management is required
- Must know all phases of hardscape construction; concrete, pavers, asphalt, retaining walls, drainage, site work, grading, planting ect
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Transportation
- Must know how to drive a dump truck with a trailer
- Must be able to communicate well with clients and potential clients
- Drug and alcohol free
- Must have an understanding how to operate; excavator, skidsteer, front end loader
- Needs to be efficient in basic software tools; word, excel, ect
- Team leader but also team player- will need to work directly with the o
