Key responsibilities include:
* Serving as a resource for other staff members and also as on-call for providing staff coverage
* Acting as swing shift supervisor with increased accountability to lead resident care staff and utilize a hands-on training approach
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, medication administration and toileting
* Making daily rounds to ensure task completion and participating in care planning/medication management
* Transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
* Writing weekly/monthly summaries as assigned and specifically addressing the problems identified in the resident service plans
* Maintaining residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures
