About this job
Looking for someone that is expirenced in handling horses, feeding, maintaining ranch property, running equipment, preparing for races. We run a medium sized ranch and operate with stock, barrel, and racehorses.
This is a live in position. Family operated. Christians. Looking for someone that takes responsiblity and pride in the work. Who is looking to stay for at least a year.
Needs to know what an exercise saddle is and be able to ride one or someone that has road English and would be easy to teach.
Drug test will be required upon job offer.
Serious injuries only.
Starts off at 800 a month, percentage of the winnings,live in. A place to house two horses. Future salary increase is dependent on responsibilities and willingness to learn and participate in ranch work.
I do not want to micro manage someone and am looking for someone who will take the initiative to get things done the right way.
