About this job

Apple Valley Ace Hardware has a Supervisor position that just opened up. Applicants should have retail/ customer service experience. The day to day responsibilities will be:
- Providing the Highlest Quality of Customer Service
- Be proficient with all of the stores policies and procedures and lead by example
- Develop task lists with current and future objectives
- Opening and Closing of the Store
- Train Cashiers and New Hires
- Oversee and Perform check out operations
- Resolve customer and employee complaints
- Implement and Train for in- store visual merchandising and a high level of house keeping through out the store.
