Sales Associate (Champions Forest)

Job Description:
Sales Associate with ability to be promoted into management needed for busy membership massage clinic.

Duties include:
Strong emphasis on selling memberships to new clients - the successful Associate makes additional paycheck per month in sales commissions
Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members / guests upon arrival
Assists in maintaining professional front desk and lobby area.
Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

Experience:
Selling services and retail products, setting and achieving sales goals required.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate with members / guests on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
Ability to work cohesively with the entire staff and management in a fun and fast paced environment.
Able to work flexible hours, Part-time and/or Full-time (days, nights and/or weekends)
