About this job

As a representative of the company, you would serve as a product specialist for existing and new accounts; through inbound and outbound telephone calls. · Understands the company vision, mission, and strategy. · Calls current clients to create long lasting relationships between the company and the client. · Builds rapport with clients to establish a connection as their Relationship Manager, providing our clients with a premier level of client support for the company and our partners. · Follows up with clients to service their needs and be their "go to" person. · Sells programs and services to present and prospective clients through telemarketing, power point presentations, and screen share conferences. · Improves client and company profitability. · Provides outstanding client service and post-sale satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business. · Provides solutions to increase efficiencies in client business models and systems. Position Requirements : · High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). · At least 2 years sales experience- preferably telemarketing sales experience. · Computer literate- able to navigate within systems and use Microsoft Office proficiently. · Heavy phone usage- actively engaged in the selling process. · Bilingual in Spanish, preferred. · Team player mentality. Must have call center experience. Job Location: Newark Salary: base + commission
