1) Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
2) Cheerful accommodating demeanor, excellent human relations skills
3) Minimum 1 year Resort/Hotel management experience required; Recreational experience preferred
5) Excellent organizational skills
6) Computer literacy very helpful
7) Able to work on your feet in the sun for majority of shift; heavy pushing/pulling/lifting (30+lbs)
8) Able to deal positively with challenging situations; Must have experience in customer service conflict resolution
