About this job
Responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care. Supervise CNA, Certified Specialist/Technicians and other personnel. May supervise other Nurses, including other RNs. *Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state *Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics *Demonstrate understanding that state and Federal rules and regulations govern the practices within the facility *Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Posting Title : RN
Shift : Full-Time
Hours : 3PM-11PM
Weekends : Every Other Weekend
Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification
Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics
Demonstrate understanding that state and Federal rules and regulations govern the practices within the facility
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Demonstrate working knowledge of infection control principles and practices
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
