About this job
Set up, execution and break down of all banquet functions.
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of all banquet equipment and meeting rooms. Follow all safety procdures. Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Is willing to learn Av equiptment. Help servers and bartenders, to fill ice caddy's ,get supplys for servers. Knowledgeable of various function room set-up styles of the banquet department. Front of the house contact. Must be up beat and positive.
Qualifications:
requires food handler/tam cards.
