About this job

Answer phones in a professional manner, provide excellent customer service, data entry, setup new Client and Employees files, assist with scheduling, interviewing and training.  Communicate shift changes to Clients and Employees.

Requirements

Must be professional and fluent in English, able to communicate information efficiently, possess good work ethics, dependable, reliable, computer literate, fast learner, experience in senior care field/CNA is a plus. Must be good listener, pay attention to details,  

2+ years of professional work experience; we are willing to train the right person. Some college coursework is desirable. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable car car insurance.
