Inbound Customer Service Opportunities ($9.65 to $10.75)

In order to provide excellent customer service Scholastic hires seasonal part-time customer service employees to process inbound customer calls during our fall peak season. Day shift and evening shift positions available. Minimum job requirements include good computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

At home requirements include: *Personal computer and USB headset. *High speed internet: Cable or DSL - no wireless or satellite connectivity (bandwidth test required). *Missouri residents only, within driving distance of Neosho, MO. *Must have a private office/work area. *This position is not a substitute for dependent daycare or other personal responsibilities.
