RESPONSIBILTIES - Include but are not limited to:
o Responsible for accurately scheduling appointments.
o Responsible for obtaining complete and accurate clinical, demographic and financial information during the scheduling process. Enters data in EMR.
o Answers telephone calls according to designated scripting for the scheduling process.
REQUIREMENTS
o Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
o Free from felony convictions
o Friendly, Polite, and Professional
o Basic Computer Knowledge
o Polished Communication Skills
HOURS
o Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
o Various shifts available ideal for students
LOCATIONS - must be available for any of the office locations
o Primary responsibility scheduled in Elgin, IL
